Leonard Richards, MBA,
Th.D.
Dr. Richards serves as Managing Director of The
Enhancement Institute, responsible for the operation of the Institute, as
well as its Executive Coaching program and its Intensive Outpatient Programs
for deep trauma, depression, anxiety and addictions. Dr. Richards is an
established Management Consultant and Executive Coach. He has over thirty
years’ experience in business and finance, most of them as CEO or a senior
officer, and over ten years’ experience in counseling. Dr. Richards earned
his Doctorate in Theology, Counseling major, after retiring from active
business in 1988. During this latter period he trained with Dr. Eugene
Peniston and Dr. Nancy White in the application of alpha-theta neurofeedback
therapy for addictions, trauma and mood disorders. Dr. Richards co-leads,
with Dr. White, the internationally acclaimed KEYS semester-long
Relationship Mastery Course, offered at the Institute. He has written
extensively on finance and economics and, more recently, on subjects related
to personal growth and development. He is a frequent guest on Evolution
Radio and appears on the Web Radio program Positively Incorrect with
its host, Scott Cluthe. He is listed in Who’s Who in America and
Who’s who in the World.
