Couples Counseling/Marriage Counseling
Whenever possible it is best for both partners to participate. If one partner refuses, the willing partner can still benefit therapy and frequently the relationship will benefit from the change in the one willing to grow.
Unless a couple is in crisis, counseling sessions usually occur once a week. This can be adjusted to individual circumstances. A relationship seminar is offered twice a year and can be a positive alternative to individual sessions.
